EHR Integration Services has developed reliable extraction and conversion utilities that simplify the entire process: we ship you a pre-configured SQL server to your site, we extract your data and normalize it on that server (perform mappings, develop tables, translate dictionary values, etc.) and then we can either serve the data to you in the format you need, or we can continue in the process and import the converted data into your new system (NOTE: some PM/EMR vendors have certified us to import data on their behalf; others allow us to work with them in that effort).
